Professional-services engagements are governed by separately executed agreements (master services agreement, statements of work). Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer; proposals and estimates are indicative until signed.

5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shenll shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of the use of this Site.
